Why this site exists, and what I plan to write about here.
Most of what I learn at work ends up in a Slack thread, a client deck, or a notebook nobody opens again. This is a place to write some of it down properly.
What to expect
- Data engineering in practice — Databricks, lakehouse design, and the unglamorous parts of getting pipelines to production.
- Agentic engineering — what actually works when you wire agents, MCP servers, and data platforms together.
- Design — how data products should look and feel, and why that matters as much as the plumbing.
Ship the smallest useful thing, then make it good.
